Just another insult to injury thing with Debian, we can't use Skype or Acroread 64bit anymore, or we are forced to install the 32 bit version and multiarch worse yet the 32 bit version of Skype for Linux is far too buggy (thanks, Microsoft) to be useful. So just like Debian's penchant for blocking laptop wifi cards by default now we have this mess. Is Debian intentionally blocking acroread? Because none of the open source alternatives I've tried can compete, they don't have the right fonts, they don't render properly, they don't print properly blah blah blah.
